Why self-host
Own your client portal, instead of renting it
ClientOS is a self-hosted, white-label client portal for service agencies: sell, get paid, deliver and invoice on your own server. One-time license.
Your server, your database
Every client, order, message, invoice and file lives in a PostgreSQL database on a Linux VPS you rent and control.
One licence, not a subscription
One license per domain, paid once. No monthly fee, no per-seat pricing, and no cut of your payments.
Your brand, nowhere near ours
Your domain, five logo slots and two brand colours that repaint the portal, admin, emails and invoices. Clients never see the name ClientOS.
Payments straight to you
Stripe, PayPal, NOWPayments, CoinGate, your own BTCPay Server and manual crypto. Money goes to your accounts; ClientOS takes no cut.

One portal for the whole job

Every order shows whose move it is
Statuses move with briefs, hand-overs and approvals. Paid orders still waiting on a brief sit at the top, ready to chase in one action.
More on this
The brief, the files and the clock in one place
An order carries the brief, the conversation, the invoice and the margin — and shows time with you, time with the client, and whether it was on time.
More on this
A sales page for every service, on your domain
Packages, add-ons and five pricing models. The order exists only once the payment provider confirms it.
More on this
What your clients see, under your name
Their orders, what is waiting on them and what is outstanding — in your colours, with your words. Clients never see ClientOS.
More on this
Conversations next to the work
One thread per client and per order, plus your team’s own channels. Send a priced offer and the client accepts and pays it in one click.
More on this
A help desk in the same portal
A ticket queue with priority, assignee and first-response targets counted in your business hours only.
More on this
Invoices that settle themselves
Gapless numbering, pay links anyone can use, partial payments, credit notes and subscriptions that bill themselves.
More on this
A profit and loss that adds itself up
Revenue, item costs, delivery expenses, gross and net profit, month by month. Every figure per currency, never silently converted.

How it works
From first click to final invoice
ClientOS follows an order the whole way, so nothing falls between tools — and there is no sales call in the middle.
- 01
Sell
Every service gets its own page on your domain. Visitors pick what they need and order on the spot, without a sales call.
- 02
Get paid
Card, PayPal or crypto, straight to your accounts. The order exists only once the payment is confirmed.
- 03
Brief
Right after paying, the client answers your questions in their portal. Work starts with everything you need.
- 04
Deliver
Hand over the files on the order. The client approves or asks for a revision, and it approves itself if they go quiet.
- 05
Bill and report
Invoices settle themselves when clients pay, and every month adds up in your reports.

Hosted portals keep your clients, contracts and invoices on someone else’s computer. ClientOS runs entirely on a server you rent and control.
The license check-in carries no client, order or invoice data. If it cannot get through, ClientOS keeps working for a seven-day grace period; after that only the admin turns read-only — the client portal, checkout and webhooks keep running, and nothing is deleted.

Case study · Dot Mirror
“We sell white-label. Our partners trust us with their clients’ names, and for years that list sat on someone else’s servers, on a bill that went up every time we hired. ClientOS put the whole operation on our own server, under our own name, and the monthly bill simply went away.”

FAQ
The questions agencies ask first
Every answer restates getclientos.com or its docs. All 18 questions.
What does self-hosted mean in practice?
ClientOS runs on a Linux server you rent and control, with its own PostgreSQL database, its own file storage and its own HTTPS certificates. Email goes out through your Resend account or your own SMTP server, and payments go straight to your gateway accounts. The only thing that leaves your server is a licence check-in twice a day, carrying your signed licence and the version you run — no client, order or invoice data.
How much does ClientOS cost?
It is a one-time licence, one per domain: Start-up $490 with 3 months of updates, Standard $990 with 12 months, Premium $1,790 with 2 years and two agency licences, and a quoted Custom package with lifetime updates. There is no monthly fee, no per-seat pricing and no cut of your payments. Your only running cost is the server, which the site puts at about $10 a month.
What do I need to run it?
A Linux VPS with 2 to 4 GB of RAM running Ubuntu 22.04 or 24.04 or Debian 12, a domain you can add one A record to, your licence key, and an email account to send from — Resend or your own SMTP server. One command installs everything else, including Docker, PostgreSQL, file storage and HTTPS.
Is it really white-label?
It runs on your own domain with your logos, two brand colours, your client-facing words and your email templates. The ClientOS name is not shown to clients anywhere — not in the portal, not in the emails and not on the invoices.
Do I get the source code? Is ClientOS open source?
No. ClientOS is delivered as ready-built, SHA-256-verified Docker images with a one-command installer, which is what keeps installing and updating to a single command. It is self-hosted but not open source. Custom work is available if you need a change.
Can I try it before buying?
Yes. The instant demo emails you a login to a live ClientOS with sample clients, orders and invoices — the full agency admin and the client portal. It is read-only and works for 3 days. No call, no card.
