Orders and delivery

Orders your clients can follow, from brief to approval

An order in ClientOS carries the brief, the files, the conversation, the invoice and the margin. It always shows whose move it is, and it keeps moving when a client goes quiet.

The self-hosted client portal your agency owns. Pay once.

ClientOS — orders and delivery

What you get

7 things orders and delivery does

  • Statuses the work moves, not a person

Awaiting brief, in progress, delivered, completed — moved by briefs, hand-overs and approvals, with custom statuses if yours are different. Your team can always step in by hand.

  • Delivery on a clock

Every order shows whose move it is and how long it has taken: time with you, time with the client, and whether it was delivered on time.

  • Revisions, approvals and auto-approve

The client approves the hand-over or asks for a revision. If they go quiet, the delivery accepts itself after the wait you set — so a silent client stops holding your invoice open.

  • Chase every missing brief at once

Paid orders with nothing to work from are listed together, and every waiting client can be reminded in one action.

  • Cancellations and refunds with a reason

When a client asks to cancel you approve with a refund or decline with a reason, and ask for a rating after each delivery.

  • A task board that writes its own cards

Orders, revisions, tickets and payments become cards on a kanban board with subtasks, priority, due dates and comments. Per-service checklists attach themselves to new orders.

  • Lists that scale, and a ⌘K palette

Search, filters, bulk actions and CSV export on every list, and a command palette to jump straight to an order, client or invoice.

Where this comes from. Areas 03 (Orders) and 04 (Workflow) of getclientos.com/features, read on 29 October 2026. Check any line of it against that section of getclientos.com/features or the official docs for this area. Nothing on this page adds a capability those pages do not state.
